1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or tailored products
• Color variation due to screen/lighting differences
• “Change of mind” or personal preference

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share your order number, unboxing video, and reason for return
3. Our team will verify and approve the request
4. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions

Note: An unboxing video from start to end is mandatory for damage/defect claims.

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, based on your preference
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

We reserve the right to decline refunds if the product shows signs of use or damage that occurred after delivery.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

• The product you received is defective or incorrect
• The product is in original condition and approved by our team

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer:

• Reshipping charges will apply
• No refund will be issued for prepaid orders if the package is returned to us in damaged or used condition
